I went shopping today for mission clothes and let me just say that I really hate shopping for ugly clothes haha it wasn't all bad, but not the most enjoyable thing in the world. I leave in 15 days and it still hasn't hit me yet. It's not real yet. I'm not sure how I'll react. I guess we shall wait and see.
Life has been going, and going. Not a lot has changed. This next week is my last week of work which is weird, but very nice. I hate not making money. Not that I'm a greedy greedster, I just like making money and putting it in my bank account and making it fat.
I went to a weeding reception for an old friend of mine tonight which was really great. She was so beautiful and happy, I may or may not have started crying a few times. Needless to say it was wonderful.
Marcy finally had her beautiful,wonderful, precious, angel child, Mackenzie Jordan Cox. I love that baby girl and I haven't even met her. I can't wait to know her. I'm a little sad though that by the time I see her she will be a 1 1/2. But I will love her all the same. I am so happy for Marcy and Nathan. I couldn't ask more for my extended family.
I can't wait to spend all next week with my bestie best friend Lauren! Nothing will ever keep me from that girl. Not even if she tried, I'm stuck to her like glue. She's just gonna have to deal with it. There is nothing in this world that I love more then her, in a very non-lesbianic way :) It's gonna be a bitter goodbye, but I know we can make it. Nothing can tear us down.
Well, I think that's long enough for tonight.
